Schwitzke Project - General Contracting and Project Management

The general contracting and project management firm of Schwitzke Project GmbH is a subsidiary of Schwitzke Holding. Along with retail-ready implementation of design concepts, we also offer management and coordination of all tasks involved in the retail sector. This includes all services from finding a location and carrying out construction works to providing the finished, optimally lighted store, including equipment, decoration, merchandising, and use of graphics.

As a general contractor, we assume full financial and quality responsibility for duties involving preparation and monitoring of schedules and budget plans as well as management of all of the individual groups of skilled workers involved and their interfaces. Depending on your wishes, we can finish a construction project, on budget, through full readiness for move-in, or integrate additional planning services.

We work at the national and international levels. For every one of our projects, we seek appropriate suppliers and manufacturers who offer favorable prices so that we can realize complete store and facility concepts reliably at any location in the world.
